About five hours ahead of Chandigarh and about 03 hours before Dharamshala, where the Dhauladhars rise over the majestic Pong Dam Lake, the road slips into a forest and winds along still waters that seem to hold the sky. It’s here, at the base of the Dhauladhars and at the edge of the Pong Lake, that you arrive at Hushstay x Lands End Retreat—a two-bedroom lake-side sanctuary that feels almost like a private island. Hidden at the end of a winding path through whispering forests, with private access to the lake, it sits where land, water, mountain, and sky meet in perfect harmony. Inside, the home is warm and soulful—wooden interiors, handcrafted furniture, and windows that let nature spill in. Perched at what feels like a private island at the edge of the Pong Dam reservoir, the home opens up to views so rare they feel almost unreal—forests fading into the lake, the lake meeting the horizon, and the Dhauladhar peaks standing watch in the distance. Two spacious bedrooms, each with a private balcony, invite mornings of quiet reflection and evenings watching the sky change above the lake. The first room called, The Stone Waltz, is a striking blend of raw natural textures and comfort. Its feature stone wall anchors the space, while wide windows and intimate reading corners make it a serene escape.

The second called, The Blue Rhapsody, carries a rustic yet vibrant energy. With hints of blue woven into its décor, it creates a calming atmosphere, perfectly complemented by views of nature spilling in from the balcony.
