A cozy and enchanting living room overlooking the sprawling garden forms the heart of the house creating an ideal ambiance for deep conversations and moments of connection. The two bedrooms adjoin the living area on either side while a fully equipped kitchen occupies one corner of the house.

THE ROOMS
Rosehill Cottage offers two elegantly appointed bedrooms, each designed to provide the utmost comfort and a restful night's sleep. The rustic yet refined vibe of the cottage extends into these private spaces, ensuring that every moment of your stay is characterized by a cosy home-like atmosphere.
Both bedrooms feature king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. For winter nights, the beds are equipped with electric blankets, ensuring that you remain snug and warm, while in the summer, the rooms are equipped with air conditioning to keep you cool and comfortable.
French windows grace both bedrooms, inviting natural light and picturesque views of the countryside into your private sanctuary. One of the rooms offers the added charm of a bay window overlooking the garden, creating a serene backdrop for your moments of relaxation.
The second bedroom opens onto the outdoor swimming pool through a glass door, creating a seamless connection between indoor luxury and the outdoor oasis. It's the perfect setting for a refreshing morning dip or a tranquil evening swim under the open skies.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
Meals:

This is a self-service villa. However, as a courtesy, we offer a light breakfast including parathas, curd, pickles, tea/coffee that is delivered from a nearby Dhaba. Please inform us about your requirements well in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

A fully-equipped kitchen is available for you to cook. We can provide a barbecue grill and charcoal on request. The caretaker can buy you basic groceries as per your requirements (to be informed in advance)

We keep basic ingredients like tea, coffee, milk, eggs, bread, and butter for your consumption.

For other meals and snacks, you may order online. Zomato delivers here from outlets such as Burger King, Bercos, Panchgaon Dhaba, Naturals Ice cream & others. Food should be ordered at least an hour in advance & by 8 PM

We have a small driveway outside our property, 2-4 cars can be parked here.

Slow and soft music is okay, but please do not play loud music. You are in the middle of nature.

This is a self-service villa. We have a caretaker who lives at a neighbouring farm and does not intrude during your stay. The place is cleaned before every check-in.

Our drinking water comes from an RO and refillable water bottles are provided in the refrigerator.

We are pet-friendly. If you are coming with your pet, make sure they are well-mannered and that nothing gets broken. Please bring your own pet beddings. Pets are not allowed in the pool, on the sofas and on beds.

We follow a strict no smoking policy inside the house. You may ask the caretaker for an ashtray and smoke outside the house if you need to.

The pool is for your use. Please ensure children are always supervised by adults during pool use. Please do not jump or dive into the pool. Pets are not allowed in the pool.

The pool is kept heated during the winters from Nov 1st to Mar 1st. We charge an additional INR 2500 for usage of pool during these dates.

Please keep the pool clean at all times. The caretaker may inform you in case the pool is not functional for any reason.

This place is offered exclusively to only one group at a time, the price varies depending on the number of guests. Please select the exact number of guests while booking.

The 02 bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 04 guests and extra foldable cot can be provided for extra guests.

For winter nights, the beds are equipped with electric blankets, ensuring that you remain snug and warm, while in the summer, the rooms are equipped with air conditioning to keep you cool and comfortable.

We have an inverter and a generator as a back-up, so be assured about continuous electricity supply.

The cottage is surrounded by farm-houses with many families residing there permanently. We also have a caretaker family that resides behind the cottage. There is a CCTV that is carefully placed to cover the main gate, main door and adjoining lawn area only (not the pool area).
Wifi and Connectivity:

We have a WiFi connection that is good enough if you are planning to work from Hushstay x Rosehill.

There is a good 4G connectivity for Airtel and Jio users, unless the weather is bad.
Cancellation Policy:

Date of booking - 31 days before arrival : 25 % cancellation fee on the total booking amount.

30 Days - 15 Days : 50 % cancellation fee on the total booking amount.

Within 14 days from date of arrival : No refunds

In case of a COVID related emergency, you may reschedule your travels to future dates within 06 months from your actual checkin date.

If you'd like to venture out, just 2.5 kilometres away is "Neverenuf," a captivating display of miniature trains, boats, and cars nestled in a beautifully landscaped garden. History and vintage automobile enthusiasts can explore the nearby Heritage Transport Museum in Tauru, which showcases a remarkable collection of rare and vintage vehicles.
Golf aficionados are also in for a treat, with some of NCR's finest courses, such as Karma Lakelands, Tarudhan, and ITC Grand Bharat, just a short 5-10 minute drive from the cottage. All in all, the Rosehill promises to be the perfect getaway for a family or a small group.
