Hushstay x Aainaa is a 01-bedroom farmhouse designed to feel both intimate and indulgent. The spacious bedroom opens up directly to the lush gardens through floor-to-ceiling glass windows, blurring the line between indoors and out so that mornings begin with soft sunlight spilling across the lawns.
Inside, the room combines minimalist elegance with warmth—plush bedding layered in premium linens, ambient lighting, and a cozy couch for quiet moments of reading or reflection. Extra mattresses can also be laid out in the bedroom or living area, making the space flexible for couples with a child or a small group of friends.
The en-suite bathroom adds to the ease, while just steps away, the fully equipped modular kitchen makes cooking part of the experience—whether it’s a lingering breakfast for two or a simple dinner shared in the garden. THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
Meals:

A simple home-cooked breakfast is included in the tariff.

The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen with all the basic essentials for you to use. Additional vegetables and raw ingredients can be arranged on actuals with a minimum notice of 6 hours. If you’d prefer home-cooked meals, these can be prepared at the host’s residence and delivered to you at an additional cost. Kindly inform us at least 48 hours in advance so we can plan accordingly.

We keep the refrigerator stocked with mixers and soft drinks. We levy a INR 10,000/- refundable security deposit. This can be paid a couple of days before check-in and will be returned after the house inspection on the day of your check out.

Zomato/swiggy readily deliver meals to the estate from many of the popular eateries around town within 40-60 minutes.

Our drinking water comes from an RO and refillable water bottles are provided in the refrigerator.

We are pet-friendly. If you are coming with your pet, make sure they are well-mannered and that nothing gets broken. Please bring your own pet beddings. Pets are not allowed in the pool, on the sofas and on beds.

We follow a strict no smoking policy inside the house. You may ask the caretaker for an ashtray and smoke outside the house if you need to.

The pool is for your use. Please ensure children are always supervised by adults during pool use. Please do not jump or dive into the pool. Pets are not allowed in the pool.

Please respect your surroundings since the property is set in wilderness. Do not pluck the flowers / fruits or disturb wildlife here.

Please keep the pool clean at all times. The caretaker may inform you in case the pool is not functional for any reason.

This place is offered exclusively to only one group at a time, the price varies depending on the number of guests. Please select the exact number of guests while booking.

The house has just one bedroom but there is space on the sofa-cum-beds and mattresses in the living area to accommodate 04 more adults. So a total a 06 guests can be accommodated in the house.

Geysers and heaters are provided but will not work in case there is a power outage.

There are additional charges for Bonfire/ Fireplace to be paid at the property.

Outside guests are not allowed during the stay. The property is only accessible to guests who have booked with us.

This is a standalone cottage on the farm, and guests will have undivided privacy since they don’t have to share their time away with other residents. The staff has been trained to keep a discreet distance from the extensive private spaces on the property as well.
