A Day at Hushstay x House on the Slope : Things to do around Chalnichhina

Nestled at 7000 feet in the remote Himalayan hamlet of Chalnichina, Hushstay x House on the Slope is a distinctive 2-bedroom private retreat that unfolds across multiple terraced fields, offering a layered architecture that is as unique as it is soul-stirring. Crafted almost entirely from locally sourced Himalayan Stone, the house blends seamlessly with the virgin pine, oak, and rhododendron forest. The sophisticated simplicity and style of the retreat are complemented by an all-glass skylight providing breathtaking views of the snow-capped peaks, including Trishul and Nanda Devi.

Chalnichina, free from noise and pollution, serves as a haven for a diverse array of butterflies and migratory birds, including the Blue-fronted Redstart and Red-billed Blue Magpie.
