Set on a beautifully landscaped estate atop Ambukuthi Hills, this two-bedroom private villa is thoughtfully laid out to invite flow and openness. The living and kitchen area forms the heart of the home, connecting both bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bath and a balcony overlooking the cloud-draped hills. The living room opens to the private pool on one side and to the jacuzzi and barbecue deck on the other, creating a natural indoor-outdoor rhythm throughout the space.
Inside, the palette is soft and earthy—washed stone floors, wooden textures, and handpicked furnishings in muted tones that echo the landscape. Expansive glass walls pull in the outside, creating an immersive experience where you’re always within reach of the view.

Other meals can be ordered from an A-la Carte menu at a nearby restaurant that delivers directly to the property. Orders can be placed through the caretaker.

Electricity: Electricity is usually not a problem, however, being at an offbeat location, if there is an unprecedented power outage, we have a Genset as power backup to keep the lights and some power points running. This might also offer you an opportunity to switch off and gaze at the starry night sky. We promise you will not regret it.
